Dr. Kimberly Lamb, Au.D, CCC-A, ABAC, CH-TM
DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY, CEO
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Lamb moved and has called Florida home since 2017; first living in Tallahassee and then in Eustis. She currently lives with her dog, Ally, who was adopted from a Tallahassee shelter after the Christmas holidays.
Dr. Lamb received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders in 2009 and her Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree in 2013 from Central Michigan University. In addition to four years of hands-on clinical work during her graduate program, Dr. Lamb has practiced continually since 2013 and held licenses in five different states. She holds an active Audiologist License from the Florida Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (AY2121). She also holds her Certification in Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A), is American Board of Audiology Certified (ABAC), and is an American Board of Audiology Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management (CH-TM).

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Originally from Ohio, Erin moved and has called Florida home for the last 13 years. She is married to her husband of 10 years and has 5 children (3 boys and 2 girls). They are a blended family and big animal lovers with: 1 lizard, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 7 geese, 4 ducks, 2 chickens, 1 roster, 1 turkey, and 1 guinea fowl.
Before joining Lake Medical Hearing Center in April of 2026, Erin was an early childhood educator for 10 years, and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2010. She likes staying busy doing DIY projects in their new home and volunteering at her church, Jesus House (in Ocala). She serves with the Little Lambs (newborn to kindergarten) at church and finds joy in teaching the children about God and all he can do in our lives. She loves movies, food, and singing. Her love for people and helping others is clearly evident and we are truly blessed by God to have her here at Lake Medical Hearing Center!
